Mobile Rescue believes that respecting your privacy is important. We have found that collecting Personal Information (defined below) through MobileRescueTechRepair.com and our other online locations such as Facebook or Twitter (collectively, the “Sites”) helps us serve you better by enabling us to communicate with you, receive and deliver your order, and understand the pages, Products and Services that are interesting and helpful to you. Acceptance of Privacy Policy

Mobile Rescue reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. You are responsible for checking the Privacy Policy before each use of the Sites for our most current privacy practices. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Sites and must discontinue use of the Sites immediately. Should the Privacy Policy be revised, Mobile Rescue will post the changes on a Site and the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply only to information collected thereafter. Each time you access, use or browse the Sites, you signify your acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policy. Types of Information Collected
The Sites may collect two categories of information about users: “Personal Information” includes, without limitation, non-public information about you that helps Mobile Rescue identify you, such as first and last name, birthdate, email address, street address, telephone number, password, credit or debit card number or other payment method, billing and shipping information, order history, devices and carriers, preferences and interests, and financial information. “Aggregate Information” includes, without limitation, information that does not personally identify you, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, internet service, cookie information (described below), general information about the ages of Site users, frequency of Site visits, pages requested, number of users, Products purchased on the Sites, and the like.
Personal Information Collected Online:
Personal Information is collected online by us or our service providers on our behalf when users register to open an account or update their account, create or update a profile, place orders or make purchases, communicate with us about orders or other questions, post comments, enter or participate in Activities, or use Communication Services. We also may collect information about your transactions and interactions with us and your transactions and interactions with our affiliates, franchisees, vendors and advertisers, including information about your use of Products offered through the website. Personal Information Collected Offline:
When you purchase Products or Services at a Mobile Rescue franchised location, or sign up to receive promotional materials about Products or Services at a Mobile Rescue franchised location or elsewhere, your Personal Information will be collected and treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Aggregate Information Collected Online:
Aggregate Information is collected automatically on our server logs from your browser, as well as through other analysis of the Sites.
Mobile & Location Information:
If you use mobile-enabled services provided by Mobile Rescue, such as any Mobile Rescue mobile application made available by us, we may receive information about your use of our Services from your mobile device while you use our applications or Services. This may also include information about your precise location if you have enabled location-based services on your mobile device. Certain applications or Services may also require addition information collection, such as information to be sent when you are not logged into Mobile Rescue alerts services, and the terms of such collection will be identified when you subscribe to or sign up for such services or applications.
Social Media Information:
Certain information you post or provide through Mobile Rescue public posting, such as your name, profile, comments, collections and reviews, may be shared with other users and posted on publicly available portions of Mobile Rescue, including without limitation, social media applications and other public fora in which you choose to participate. Please keep in mind that if you choose to disclose Personal Information when posting comments or other information or content through Mobile Rescue, this information may become publicly available and may be collected and used by others, including people outside the Mobile Rescue community. Please also be aware that if you choose to share or tweet deals or your purchases, they will become publicly available on the Facebook and Twitter websites. It is up to you to make sure you are comfortable with the information you choose to provide us and the information you choose to publish. We will not have any obligations with respect to any information that you post to parts of Mobile Rescue available to others, and recommend that you use caution when giving out personal information to others through social media networks or otherwise.
You may choose to log in or access Mobile Rescue using the Facebook Connect feature. By doing this, you are asking Facebook to send us certain information from your Facebook profile, and you authorize us to collect, store and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information available to us through the Facebook
